Advertising measurement is optional and off until you choose Allow. Declining does not affect registration, login, trial access, or chat. Change or withdraw your choice above, or in Settings → Privacy & Data → Advertising measurement. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep measurement off.
When this optional integration is enabled and you give permission, STARTORK sends Meta a CompleteRegistration event after email verification or creation of a new verified Google account. We send an event ID, event time, a fixed measurement-page URL, a hashed pseudonymous account identifier, browser user agent and, when available, Meta browser/click identifiers. Meta may use this information for advertising attribution and optimization; this may constitute sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy laws. This supplement replaces the previous no-advertising-sharing statement for this optional integration.
We do not send email addresses, IP addresses from our server, names, phone numbers, birth dates, gender, private chats, voice recordings, memories, or safety records. Pixel requests themselves expose the browser’s IP and other standard network metadata to Meta. Automatic advanced matching and automatic event detection are disabled. No PageView or chat events are sent.
After Allow, the signed first-party rick_ad_measurement cookie remembers your choice and campaign source for up to 90 days. If you first allow without a campaign source, a later advertising link can fill the first valid source in the signed rick_ad_source cookie for the remaining consent period. It cannot grant permission, extend consent, or replace an existing source. Meta identifiers _fbp and _fbc are stored for up to 90 days. They are cleared when you decline; Meta may already hold events transmitted before withdrawal. Cookie choices are separate from AI model-improvement consent.
We retain the first campaign source internally for attribution. Pending server events expire after 24 hours. Event identifiers and minimized delivery/consent records may be retained for 30 days to prevent duplicate conversions and troubleshoot delivery. Account deletion removes the Meta event record. Ad A and B use separate utm_content values; no private conversation is included in campaign parameters.
Staging uses a separate Meta dataset and server Test Events code. Test events do not demonstrate actual paid-ad attribution; that requires later validation with a separately authorized Production integration. Meta processes received data under its own privacy policy. Contact contact@startork.ai about privacy requests.
